The hiring managers at Trendline have an uncanny ability to hire the best-of-the-best people, both skill-wise and personality-wise. Showing up to work is never a chore because I get to work with the most thoughtful, kind, fun and quirky people. The culture that's been created is irreplicable, and I am excited to see it evolve as we grow as a company.
I had a personal situation come up unexpectedly in May, and I was able to move back to my hometown and work remotely for a few months while I sorted things out, thanks to senior management. Everyone at Trendline was supportive and was only concerned about my wellbeing. When I returned to the office, they greeted me with open arms as if nothing had changed. It's a really comforting feeling to know that Trendline met me where I was at and allowed me to do what I needed to get back on my feet.
My role specifically is a very collaborative role. Getting to work with so many different people within the company is a big bonus for me and makes me excited about the work I do. It's work that a lot of people have a hand in and are proud of, which only reinforces the idea that Trendline hires the best people.
I also appreciate the transparency of the senior leadership team, especially our CEO. He's candid about where the company is going and openly shares goals and benchmarks with the entire team each month.
