2yThank you for your feedback. We understand the concerns you have highlighted. However, there are a few areas where additional context may help to provide some clarity. We are not actively outsourcing North American jobs to India; we are simply adding staff in India to supplement our existing NA resources. Yes, we had to make some very difficult decisions to reduce some of our staff in North America earlier this year, but we have not rehired any of our eliminated positions in India.
On October 16th, we announced that all employees below Director level were given their annual bonuses in their base salary. That means we added that amount to each employee's base salary instead of waiting for a bonus. On average, our employees have seen between an 8-10% increase in their base salary, which is much larger than we are seeing in our space. We are very excited to recognize and invest in our people this year in a meaningful way.
We are a high-performing company in an incredibly volatile and complex market. We continue to look forward to what is ahead of us with new clients and stronger relationships with existing ones.
