I was berated and yelled at for telling a client that we would deliver a product on time. Was punished for coding mistakes that we were also learning at the same time. Company cares more about image of the company than quality code and continuing client relationships. Pay is below what programmers usually make while still on salary which allows them to ask for overtime every week with no extra pay. Was told there is no place for creativity in their business.
