I got my start in the Tampa office, on Gandy. Getting started is really simple, just apply only, show up to the office on your own time (they invited me the next week after applying), finish background documents online 24 hours after the office visit, then start claiming shifts within the next week. I literally started getting work within 2 weeks of applying.
Flexible scheduling. You get to pick when, where and how much you work. Student and need money like me? There are shifts almost every day you can pick up, daytime and night shifts. Already have a job and just need extra cash? Just work the weekend.
No strict requirements. There are no minimum shifts per week or month. I am a student and I just need extra money, but like my weekends off. Work one day, take a week off, a month off, whatever you need. Shiftgig will be waiting for you when you are ready to work again.
Easy access. Everything is through the app. Pick up shifts, drop shifts, review shifts, report hours. No time card, no paper.

Most of the work is in south or west tampa. I'd like to see more in east tampa near brandon! But still, they tell you how far it is from your home, and you have to take that into consideration before picking up a shift. DONT TAKE A SHIFT IF YOU CANNOT BE THERE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES EARLY
