Company is failing on so many levels! They claim to live and work by a set of “core values.” Pfft they’re merely words on a wall that completely contradict everything the company stands for. One week you will receive an email stating how “thankful” they are to have such dedicated and committed internal employees, how none of this would be possible blah blah... And then literally 2 weeks later, receive a phone call letting you know you’re no longer employed and need to find another job the week before Christmas. Such a joke. They literally used their field office employees to develop relations with clients and to mass hire specialists all in preparation to mass cut their payroll and centralize everything out of Chicago. If you want to work somewhere where you are disposable at any given moment, than this may be the company for you.
