      Flex-able hours Great leadership from lower and upper Management. Great for starting out as a first job. Easy to learn most of the positions.

      Not really anything to much of cons, but dose have some small cons like most companies do.

      Not many cranky customers. Most guests tipped well. You can usually predict when a rush would happen.

      Svantaggi

      You were suppose to be full time but the management expected you out by Noon even if the last customers to leave, left a hour after closing. Pay was really low and the manager would make you do more than required.
