Great team and engaged management. Working in an up-and-coming organisation you get to be exposed to different areas and have opportunities to learn new skills. The company is keen for you to complete training when needed and also encourage departmental movement when there is a good fit. In the last couple of years during COVID, the company adapted well to support the team remotely and to keep the team motivated with regular calls and fun activities.
