The leadership team lacks experience and constantly engages in conflict, which undermines team cohesion. There is no sense of team culture, resulting in a toxic work environment that negatively affects both morale and overall culture. There is a lack of proper project planning, with an emphasis on speed over quality. This leads to expensive, ineffective, and incorrect outcomes which is again solved with expense and time and still remains unsolved. It’s truly a detrimental atmosphere.
