      There is a lot of good momentum. A lot has been accomplished in the last couple of years. Remote - both a pro and a con. Flexibility is nice.

      I have cons but i'm not going to rip the company i'm just on here to look at salary reviews.

      - Pay is not very competitive - Sometimes people spend too much time on just working on bugs or extinguishing "fires"
