Fun activities are organized after work and colleagues are nice. Nice place to start working for a year or two if your are new to system administration.

Salary is below industry standard, work culture is stiff. Its a place where they expect you to smile a wave and not be to criticical about things. Fitting in is more important than trying to be ambitious in your work. There is not much room for innovation, all available time is spend on maintaining what is already there. Also besides being and sysadmin their is not much career perspective.

Shock Media heeft een hele fijne bedrijfscultuur waarin hiërarchie weinig merkbaar is op de werkvloer. Iedereen kan zijn ideeën aandragen of met input komen om het bedrijf te verbeteren. De cultuur is dus informeel en laagdrempelig. Daarnaast kan je als techneut echt van je hobby je werk maken en veel invloed uitoefenen op de invulling van je functie. Als je maar een passie voor Linux hebt, dan zit je hier met een groep soortgenoten die hier graag samen over sparren!
