We certainly hope that our 5 star reviews are a true and accurate reflection of our teams feelings and perceptions about us at Shootsta. Most importantly, we sincerely appreciate detailed and specific feedback so we can continually work to improve our employee experience.
We have thousands of users creating thousands of videos each year, and we are extremely proud that we are providing people, globally, at various skill levels, the ability to create video content.
It’s unfortunate that you feel differently about the opportunities available to the team or the perks every employee gets - if you think we should do more, please do let us know. Since building Shootsta, our team has grown, roles shifted and promotions based on their contribution to the business - we’ve done many, and we hope to see that future become a reality for more of our team. It’s not something we hand out – it’s something we all work towards.
