1. There are a lot of great team members not in management trying their best, and many are very friendly. 2. Profit sharing is ok (higher salaries would be better). 3. It used to be a fun environment.

Manager and director level positions are almost always reserved for team members from India who’s citizenship status is tied to maintaining a multinational executive or manager visa classification. 2. As a result of the above, most directors/managers are not actually qualified and the lack of direction is reflected in the business. 3. The executive team constantly makes last minute changes that causes people’s hard work to go to waste. 4. Layoffs have always been very common. 5. Constructive criticism about the company is ignored. 6. Work/life balance is not valued. 7. Wages are poor across the board. 8. Unprofessional culture of shady business dealings and constantly dodging laws/lawsuits. 9. Company culture is misogynistic & racist. 10. All of these problems steadily got worse over time.
