Some people are nice but most of the nice ones have left already. The product has some good features but a lot of it is not updated for what the market is asking for.

Shop-Ware keeps cutting people but the problem is the CEO and the fact that the product is not updated to be competitive in the market. It is really sad to watch because they had so much potential a couple years ago. The leadership team, mainly the CEO, changes decisions frequently and this creates a slowdown for product. They replaced all leaders with contractors and none of them understand the customer. For the last year, the culture is so tense because every 1:1 brings fear that you might be cut too. There are no opportunities to talk casually with co-workers anymore and no one wants to put their cameras on because it’s just depressing.
