Shopbop is a friendly, easy going company and offers good compensation of the area. Being part of Amazon makes you part of a large company, but with a small, Madison size company feel. Being part of Amazon gives you access to a large set of tools and resources.
Svantaggi
There isn't much of a path for growth or effort by the company to offer opportunities to develop at Shopbop. There do seem to be opportunities and paths for advancement with the mothership, Amazon, but very little at Shopbop. The turnover in certain areas of IT make it impossible to maintain development schedules and continuity of company and project knowledge.
