Messy management, non stop changing lead . Super high turnover rate .!Expectations are blurry all the way , felt like a warzone rather than a place to work properly. Many managers are just good at work , but the ability to lead a good team remains questionable . On mc / annual leave, you still need to work x there’s no time for you to stop for a second, imagine the workload :)
