I have been at Shopgate for the past year, one of the best career years of my life. Here are 5 reasons why: 1. With growth always comes organizational changes, but the company has handled those well and always taken good care of employees. 3. Marc Biel, our CEO, has been rock solid at leading the charge and building the US efforts from scratch. 5. Standard start-up pros: snacks, beer, cold-brew on tap, valet parking, vibrant energetic office, catered lunches, company events, t-shirts, lots of swag All of the above reasons, make it so easy to get out of bed in the morning and walk into the office with a huge smile, ready to work with my team and take on the day. It's a start-up. There are few process and we're still growing our tech stack. More than likely you have to create new process and figure out how to make things tick.
