Culture for every other part of the org besides sales is awesome. They preach one thing but don’t practice what they preach for the sales org. What they preach is awesome. The product is absolutely incredible.

Where to start. The foundation of the sales org is broken. Sellers are not set ho to succeed. Shopify has some of the best and brightest sellers in the industry yet 80% of the team doesn’t hit. And it really isn’t their fault. So much red tape. Focus on the wrong areas. Tasks put on plates that are not revenue driving and are a total waste of time. They preach getting stuff done but they don’t actually allow their sales reps to do that. This has become a spamming company instead of the crafting company I was told it would be. I feel like a used car sales man instead of a professional. It’s absolutely terrible here.
