Lots of people wandering around without real jobs and no management because employees are encouraged to embrace "ambiguity". Unhealthy competition between employees to be part of the next "hot" product or gain visibility/popularity within the company bubble. They think they are more progressive than other tech giants but management is still primarily white men and the company culture/values reflect that.
