- No consideration for work-life Balance - Lack of support from the leadership team, they are insensitive and treat people badly - Lack of visibility - More and more people are unhappy - Very political (need to be seen to be recognized) US centric - Tons of meetings - Tons of communications as if we can work and at the time cope with the 1000 updates you send every day! - Unrealistic strategy and KPIs - Changed all the processes to make them not sustainable - They said it's allowed to make mistakes but you get blamed for the first one! - Laying off people for no real reason and pretending these people were not surprised (another lie)
