Acquisition just pivoted the direction of the business but business as usual team still great

Working with great FMCG brands, brilliant technology pushing the agenda within the category. Strong team with experiences to learn from, built long-lasting friendships due to team ethos and mentality. Good social mentality within the UK office and joint with the French office. I always found the team would look after their own, with flexibility and compassion as required

At times can felt like there wasn't a clear progression plan, what needed to be done to step up a level and move forward within the organisation.
