If you are looking for a challenge, you will find it here. Not necessarily in the level of difficulty, but in trying to manage the overloaded work load that you will have. Most of the people are fun, and since you work together so much, people usually get to be good friends inside and outside of work.

Work/life balance is non-existent. You are given a work load that has you working no less than 60+ hours a week. If you ask for help, it isn't provided and you are almost looked down on for not being able to handle it. People are often working through lunches and still online working very late into the night. Leadership does not have an appreciation for the people that are working the hours. They are not compensated well, treated well, or appreciated on any level. It is very common to have team meetings that are spent talking about how even more is needed from you. If you make any kind of mistake, beware, your job is in jeopardy. While vacation time is provided per law, good luck trying to take it. Most people end up working through vacations. Being able to completely step away from work for any amount of time just does not happen. This company has one of the highest turnover rates out of any company that I have worked with.
