Vantaggi
- AMAZING PEOPLE. Hands down most incredible human beings I've ever had the joy and privilege of working with. - GREAT IDEA, and an interesting business model. - MAD PHONE SKILLS. If you live, you will come out the fire a phoenix with unflappable customer support/sales skills. - LEARNING EXPERIENCE. Those who keep their eyes open and make their own opportunities will learn a lot. - EXPERIENCE IS WHAT YOU MAKE OF IT (EXPECT LITTLE HELP) This can be a good place to work, but be prepared to fight for it, every step of the way, because CEO is not looking out for you and other management can't do much.

- LONG HOURS. If you work to live, you will resent this quickly. If you're an over-achiever, your work ethic will be taken advantage of - set your own boundaries or suffer. I'm talking people passing out at their desks and the EMTs getting called kind of hours come Black Friday. - LIMITED MOBILITY. You will be told things are not your job, and that you should "focus" on achieving the questionable goals given to you before making suggestions or asking for responsibility. - UNFAIR PAY. You may be given another person's job because they abruptly leave the company, and you'll receive a raise that does not come anywhere near to what the person who left was paid. - CEO LOVES SURPRISES. Surprise! We've changed your title and responsibilities without consulting you! Surprise! Your manager's last day is this Friday! Surprise! We're going to turn up the music because it's somebody's anniversary while you're on the phone with an enraged client! - EXODUS OF SENIOR LEADERSHIP. Since I started and since my own departure, the SVP of Sales, Executive Vice President, Director of Paid Marketing, Director of Recruiting, and Director of Account Management have all left for various reasons. Most lasted even less time than I did. - HYPER-FOCUS ON SALES. This is to the detriment of all other teams, too much emphasis on signing new boutiques in order to grow, instead of focusing on how to better serve existing clients and keeping technology up to scratch. - DEPARTMENT SILOES. Apparently this has improved since I left, but speaking to other teams/departments was seen as a "distraction."Engineering team especially was kept a distance.
