I have now been with this company for two years, and I feel so grateful to be surrounded by such an amazing team! This is a company that cares and truly values its team members. Your voice is heard, and there is plenty of room for growth within the company. In fact, this is something that’s highly encouraged. I’ve personally watched one of our team members, whom I hired, start as an entry-level Production Specialist and grow into the head of our social media presence, while also contributing to the UI/UX design of our product. If you want to work among driven, dedicated individuals who dream big, then this is the place for you!

There are no negatives that come to mind when it comes to Shopwindow.

A flexible schedule that accommodates your needs, open communication fostered by supportive coworkers who are always willing to assist (seriously, the nicest people I've ever worked with), comprehensive training so there's no guesswork on how to complete a task, the freedom to work autonomously without micromanagement, opportunities for creativity, weekly pay, and a company that values continuous improvement and staying current by incorporating tools like AI

The only con for me is it's a 1099 position.
