      - Really difficult to think of any cons. - There could be more collaboration amongst BDR's and Customer Success, this is usually channeled through Account Execs.

      Historically had good pros (but they are disappearing). Still has a very good healthcare plan, good people, and a flexible office policy.

      Svantaggi

      Lots of big changes with a merger and a PE firm coming in. Many well liked leaders choosing to leave. Processes and strategy disappearing. Communication from leadership becoming less transparent.
