C suite seems to have no idea what they are doing. Constantly restructuring and eliminated the entire CS team 2 months after an initial CS restructure. After the layoffs happened, the overall message to the teams that were left were passive aggressive from the C suite. Promotion path feels outdated. While I was able to get promoted while there, I felt like the interviewing process internally could have been better. Product team really does not listen to any feedback on the product. Being on the front line with our customers, it’s crucial to listen to their feedback and get some supporting information from product. They only spent time and money on new features instead focusing on the things that needed fixing. Pay is low, I showed comps for my skill set and experience when trying to negotiate my salary and they never budged.

Historically had good pros (but they are disappearing). Still has a very good healthcare plan, good people, and a flexible office policy.

Lots of big changes with a merger and a PE firm coming in. Many well liked leaders choosing to leave. Processes and strategy disappearing. Communication from leadership becoming less transparent.
