Worst company - Recensione dipendente - Software Engineer presso Shree Partners

HR department is worst. Poor management. Not good for freshers as well as experienced professionals. Hire and Fire policy so don't join it can turn out to be worst career mistake. They will hire you saying that they have lots of project but actually they don't. the fact is they will hiring you in consideration of they will get projects but after certain time if project is not there they will ask you to resign even after 3 months of Joining. It's better to stay away from this company. All other good reviews about this company are fake.
