Review for Head Office, Jaipur. Management resist changes, not even pays attention to employee's concern. A hell for accounting professionals, they are not paid good nor treated well. HR has no idea that horses and donkeys need to be treated in different manner. Increment is a joke. Employee attrition rate is high because of points given above. Some of the people in management are running their pvt companies while taking benefits from this company. Some of other reviews says one of benefit is flexibility, what flexibility? If you arrive office late, even by few seconds that will be counted as half day, what is the logic of this policy in times when traffic actually crawls on road. Year 2018 and management still wants to use paper request for RTGS and fund transfers, adoption of net banking is resisted. Accounting department is worst for growth in respect of learning or earning. Smartwork is not appreciated, management lacks brains to understand working late is not always hardworking. A roadside tea stall is better than cafeteria. Food is pathetic. No system exists to raise any issue or concern, try it and they would react like you have slapped them. Company is profit making because of help of group business but employees gets nothing, not even fair salary or increment. If you have options this company is not recommended. Not at all.
