      Shur-Line has a company culture that is respectful, caring, and supportive! Their people work together very well and micromanagement doesn’t exist here. I had a difficult time in leaving this company - they become like your family. Near the end of my time here they had developed a SMART guide along with implementation a structure on who to report to if your were having issues with a coworker, manager, etc. I genuinely believe this company cares about their people.

      Solid customer base and long tenured employees. Consistent product and very good quality.

      Lost in the 60's manufacturing mentality. Terrible union relationship. Salaried staff stuck in the past as well. Owned by private equity, quite reactionary, doesn't really understand manufacturing.
