You can be lazy and waste time

The whole organization is lazy and unorganised where it's work as will do it (no deadline). Everything is in hands of director and the director doesn't exist in office. Just a family business which might have succeeded by luck. Always having attitude that person will make it bad . You can join if you want to make worse decision of life.
