The management at this company has created a deeply toxic and unstable work environment, leading to an extremely high turnover rate. Managers frequently use repeated threats of being fired as a way to pressure and intimidate employees. I also observed and heard firsthand that they have a "churn and burn" mentality, intentionally pushing out long-term employees—sometimes while they were on vacation—to replace them with cheaper, less experienced labor. This practice made it impossible for anyone to feel secure in their job. The focus is clearly on cutting costs rather than investing in good people.
