1)Except CEO and CTO there is no one in the leadership team that can be considered as leaders 2)There should be a policy where two people working in the same project should not be personally related to each other especially in upper management 3)Other co-workers perceive the couple as and they are an alliance and there is no fairness in accessing the information and treatment 4) there was no goal set for the new joinee 5) the environment was so toxic and the same was made toxic especially by the PO where screaming and shouting and pointing fingers was part of everyday call 6) Even if an employee is wrong professionally , they should be asked questions on a one on one call and not in front of the entire team 7) When ever the PM was approached for any concern, we dint even get so much as a acknowledgment and later on questioned why the team member is not communicative enough 8) OVERALL THE COMPANY AND THE CULTURE IS BEING RUINED BY THOSE TWO PEOPLE IN THE UPPER MANAGEMENT ,even thought Siam Has a wonderful ceo and cto who have a wonderful vision for the company
