Best burgers ever, and decent foodservice pay

The owner is knowledgeable about the business but lacks social skills and is aggressive and abrasive

Friendly team members. (team members not management!!!)

This was the worst job experience I have ever had. I was stoked to start when the owner made sure to fill my head with promises of ability to move up, no drama (the biggest lie I have ever heard), and low turnover rate. I have never ever felt the way I did knowing I had to go in every day and leaving crying after every shift. The management was truly some of the most miserabl and horrible people I have encountered. So so so manipulative.
