I joined Siddhatech right after completing my education. The company welcomed me with opportunities to explore and learn, laying the foundation for my professional career.

I began with coding, transitioned into DevOps, management skills and eventually mastered the art of handling clients effectively. I also had the opportunity to travel to South America for onsite assignments, where I collaborated with diverse banking clients and gained valuable insights into different work cultures and traditions.
Over the years, Siddhatech entrusted me with increasing responsibilities. From being an individual contributor, I have grown into managing a team, a testament to the trust and mentorship provided by the company.
