- Really bad salary - Almost no appreciation for work ( as i told only 2 -3 higher post people appreciate work rest all give 0 interest ) - They hardly have projects in day but you learn more - night is full in project but you really don't learn much if you are in night projects - management hardly think about employee. - no appreciation no matter how much you slog . - Partiality towards a certain state of people. - Inorganic growth for them. for rest it is far below growth. - It takes a lot of time for them management to make any decision(that is never in favor of employees) - A bald senior lead has been a reason for many to quit their jobs( there are a few more leads in this category but not all some of them are good to but you have to be lucky enough to land into them ) - Almost no facilities at all. - Most of the leads are Really partial.(only few are nice and impartial) - to much frustration in the work. - All good employees tend to leave the place because of no appreciation or really really bad salary. -They don't have any retaining policies too. ( they only make promises all empty ones) - Most of the time company will send you home because of the lack of projects. - The situation is so bad that they make you feel like a daily mason.(even they have some one to take them to work everyday but you might not be billed for a really long time) (Management will promise you no loss of pay but you will still suffer from it all empty promises)
