      Stay far away from this company. Upper management at Siemens Government Technologies is completely self-serving, with no leadership, communication, or respect for their employees. The culture is toxic—driven by insecurity, overwork, and zero training or support from those at the top.

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
