Classical company benefits like sports cards, additional insurance, pension coverage and so on... (every company gives that package). Overall majority of the colleagues are nice, but you MUST really be careful what you speak in front of who.

Developing yourself inside the company is nearly impossible, unless you play the "corporate" game. I personally wanted to go up in position and develop myself to learn more programming, but nobody ever came to me with any opportunity, even when i've asked numerous times. Its because the company needs cheap labor and to keep people "on their place".
