      Experience and there are some good people left there that keep the company going. You have many bennefits in the company like discounts, bonuses etc

      You don't get promoted fair all the time and the management is there for some time, like politics. They stay there even if they don't manage good and don't appreciate people. At least like this they were in Siemens Romania.

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
