Staff is multicultural and friendly. Evening or weekend work is usually not needed or requested, and there is flexibility for your working hours. Work-life balance definitely exists. You will get a small raise every year if the company can afford it. Bonuses are rare. Little to no training is provided for the job you are hired for. The company does not really promote career development, unless you take action yourself you may do the same kind of job until you retire. Training, if any, is provided within the company. It is still a mystery to me what is being considered when it comes to promotions, but skills does not seem to be a part of it.
