      Poorly managed for the HVAC side of SIEMENS. You never know what you’re doing on a daily basis zero structure, extremely toxic working environment where the managers like to belittle and talk down to employees.

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
