Terrible Company - Recensione dipendente - Field Commissioning Engineer presso Siemens Mobility

Can't speak for all Siemens offices across the UK and worldwide, but up north, its a very unwelcoming area to non-white employees. No promotions, very little salary bumps {like 1 or 2%} (and this after hounding them - and those salary bumps only happen due to inflation rising - not because you worked your a** off to earn ), hardly any bonuses, They mess up your bonus and claim it was an honest mistake (once will be understandable, but every time is a pattern) - and this supposed mistakes only happens to the non-white employee - Go figure
