Despite tremendous achievements on the sales side, the company is floundering due to mismanagement and corruption. One example of this is the creditor Deerfield has been shorting the stock for years and the CEO and board are complicit in this activity. Poor decisions made by the executives led Sientra to bankruptcy. Unfortunately the share holders and employees are now left with nothing. So sad to watch a company with superior products and employees go down the drain.
