The common thread between employees is bad management and under pay. Typically managers, especially senior management make out like bandits. The only "family" of this dealership is the family that actually owns it. All of the rest are tools to an end. Totally unfair to employees throughout the company. No single policy so employees in different departments are either lucky or penalized dependent on who they report to.
