The mission is great, and the campaign teams do some amazing organizing. Many middle managers are very talented and driven but upper management is very unsupportive.

The senior management, especially on the communications team is especially incompetent. They do not listen to their teams, do not offer support, and lean into bureaucracy. There is a huge wage gap, which tends to be gendered. The workload can often be unmanageable, and the board holds a lot of power over the organization.
