Redundant - Recensione dipendente - Advisor presso Sigma Connected

We were made redundant after being awarded as the best team within sigma as they are cheapskates and have had us training a team in South Africa remotely and half way through training them, made us redundant and told us that they were taking over from us. This is because Labour is cheaper in South Africa. I have worked here for over 2 years and have been offered less then 1000 redundancy pay.
