Too slow processes. Stressful,confusing and sometime toxic work environment (in some cases). Limited career prospects in specific areas. Unable to achieve work life balance. Salary is not competitive in the market and it increase not that great, best to negotiate a good starting salary. Some people seems to have limited interest in changes (improvements) and prefer doing the things as they are used to. Some people do not have anything to do and are not proactive.
