      - Some managers are relatives of CEO, and think they are the owners, sometimes abuses junior employees. - Senior employees are stuck here since 7-8 years and play a lot of politics, so that juniors do not grow. - A lot of politics result in ruining career and growth of junior developers - Loose morale due to internal politics - Salary is very less than average market salary for every position.
