Likewise, we appreciate and could not agree more with the comments regarding our fantastic team, the positive culture with work-life balance and the industry leading products we provide our customers. Our organization has indeed been in transition over the past year as we’ve progressed from a small family-owned company to a mature growing business with new ownership. While this transition has been exciting and very positive for our organization, change can be difficult for some and often involves difficult decisions that are not always popular. Part of transitioning and positioning ourselves for future growth also involves making adjustments to the structure of our organization.
