      They seem very direct and open about flaws.

      Very resistant to change with very few meetings actually producing any output. The transparency is in word only. One devtator holds all the keys to operations and CTO is tied down long term fixing fires at major customers.

      Literally everything else No career growth No educational opportunities. They brag about “campus” but that IT product training. Incredibly toxic Constant change, which is sometimes good. Inside politics Conservative company Tight with money. will invest in some technology, but not people Marketing Team as big as the sales team with very little results to show Poor implementation Poor support Crappy culture Poor communication Bad alignment Siloed departments
