Sign Solutions are a breath of fresh air to work for. The working environment is great with lots of snacks and hot drinks of your choice! There's company updates every month so all roles are kept up to date about the progress and barriers which the company has come up against. We have individual benefits as part of our employment at Sign Solutions, such as, discounts of your weekly shop and/or any support for medical appts you may be waiting for etc. Management are flexible and understanding of a work life balance - something I did not have in my previous role. I can have a laugh with my colleagues, with the days flying by.
