At times seemed they valued the outside viewing of the company more than actually backing up those who worked there - giving handouts to customer complaints is fine for customer retention, until you also decide to punish employees each time it is done even if the claim is outlandish or clearly not the employees fault. Data needs to be recorded, sure, however penalizing employees just to have accurate numbers is a failing of the data recording, not of the employees.
